MARKET COMMENTARYToday's market action was strong throughout the day, with a finishing run to the highs of the day. But, not new highs. We're facing strong overhead resistance on the QQQs at 32.72 from the 4th, and on the gap of September 17th. I wouldn't be surprised to see an opening gap above that mark in the morning, with a test of 32.72 as support after that. The next target would then be a run to 35.75. The downside, if there is any tomorrow, would be to retest the 30.84 level or below that the 30.15 level. The downside on the Dow looks like 9087, but again I expect a more likely run to 9485, at the gap on the 17th of September. Once that gap is closed I would expect more choppy action as we bump and grind between there and 9150. The S&P cash has already filled the gap and might show some choppy action tomorrow. If it does, it will likely pull the other indices down with it. Otherwise it looks like a run to 1,100 is in the making. DisclaimerThe risk of loss in trading can be substantial.
