MARKET COMMENTARY 

November 19, 2001 - Monday night

The QQQs are following along the path we suggested last week, hitting up against the resistance at 39.50.  Today's close was right at that mark.  We've had 4 days now testing 39.50, with today having the largest range.  It is about time to burst through, on to the 50 level that we anticipated in previous reports.  We could have another day of consolidation, or even a pull-back to the moving average, but I expect we'll be off to the races pretty soon.
